    They say a picture....

Trying again to get an answer to my question-how do I get the camera to follow a thrown ball?(Also how to zoom to an outfielder catching a ball)?
On 20 the L2 trigger did the trick (earlier editions it was automatic).
Watching YT videos it is not an issue.I'm sure it's something really simple.
My original thread has 86 views but no answers so I'll assume the question wasnt clear.

You can move the camera onto the ball. Do it after the pitcher throws the ball and before it reaches the plate.

Yeah this, you feel the camera snap onto the ball and from there on it follows the trajectory of the ball.

To further clarify...I'm talking about (for example) the third baseman throwing to first base or an outfielder throwing to second. In neither of mt YT examples does the viewer see the ball finally received.

He’s talking about during RTTS games not replays.

I personally don’t play RTTS so I have no clue

Thank you very much. Can't understand why no one else either had the same issue or the same answer.
Also don't know why SDS didn't leave it as the L2 paddle-the R3 pushdown is definitely awkward.
Don't happen to know an action that gets the camera to half zoom to the outfielder catching a fly ball do you? They look like ants out there.
