I need some help
This is more for my nephew than me , I'm just stumped as to how to help him.
He purchased MLB The Show on playstation this year , as he got himself a PS5. Last year he had purchased it on xbox series x.
Anyway, after downloading the game he opened it up and had all of his pre-order bonus's. He is new to linking playstation and xbox accounts for the show , so he clicked link account. When he did that , all of his pre-order bonus content disappeared. He emailed SDS and they were not any help. He uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck. Has anyone had this issue or has a fix for it ?

They said in one of the streams the pre order bonuses won't be available until.official launch date which is Tuesday

You have to re-link the PlayStation account. I did this once by accident and it asks you on the website which one you want to choose over the other. I believe if you just re-link and select the PlayStation account, it should then give all the bonuses backs. Be very careful when reading the prompts though.
