how does everyone feel they not using the real life play photos anymore? It’s just their face from the game. I dont know why they change this. It’s not a big deal but i know fiddy love playing with the faces picture off.

I prefer real pics but no big deal. Dunno why they got rid of real pics, unless it was file space issues.June 14, 1987. Mets-Phillies.

Re: Player photos
speaking of photos. Has there ever been any answer or why people have cards with photos in Diamond Dynasty but no other game modes? Always irritates me. Like how hard could it possibly be to transfer the photo cards over?Comment

Re: Player photos
This is always funny to me because it’s a 50/50 split amongst the player base here.
Half the people want real player portraits because it’s “looks” more realistic compared to a real game.
Half the people want in-game player portraits because it means all players look the same in terms of real players vs CAP players on the scoreboard and solves the issue of not worrying about when players get traded and lose their portrait.
I personally don’t care either way, but it’s funny to see the equal split amongst people here.Comment

I prefer the real pics but I'm not losing sleep over whichever way they go.
I do wish, not talking about during the game, real photo on the scoreboard, but I do wish the player card in the roster windows would not update to a new real life team a player is traded to IRL if he's still on the team in my franchise of his old player card. If that makes sense.June 14, 1987. Mets-Phillies.

I am in the same boat. I love all the cyber faces….it actually gives it an OOTP feel in that aspect.
We have player cards when we look at ratings, stats etc.
I am totally good with it. But I am surprised at the change. Did not see that coming. Now Playing on PS5:

I find it more consistent too instead of seeing some with their photo uniforms and some others with current one.
Next year just make it an option and we’ll have 100% of the population satisfied and we’ll save a full thread on this forum

Are we for sure they aren’t going to add them in later? I prefer the generated faces to the real life portraits myself.Comment
