I'm pretty sure it is like current gen, but I haven't owned Madden on current gen in a few years to say for certain. But I am running a franchise for it on Xbone. You can either just coach your team and play the games, act as the gm, or do the owner mode where you set the prices on things and upgrade stuff as you control all aspects of the team. The mode is meh, but the game play is more fun than what Madden has pumped out in a few years from when I have tried it. It is far from perfect, but as a sim player you can get some decent results against the cpu or a human if you get it all set up well enough.

I really hope that the lag in The Show is minimal enough to hit and pitch well online. Would hope to get some games in against friends or do an online franchise together with them where we can play head to head sometimes. (steering back on topic)

NBA 2k is all I really play anymore. I got tired of Madden even though it was decent.

Probably 2K with a little Battlefield sprinkled in. I do plan on getting inFamous.

I will be playing AC4, Madden 25 (TMW Online Franchise), Don't Starve, Resogun, NBA 2k, Outlast, just about everything and anything.

I can not wait for Infamous. Can not wait!
