Franchise - still pick any game from any side's schedule?

Following on from 2K's decision to remove 30 team control and the ability to play any game from any side's schedule during season mode for their PS4 version I was hoping that the guys at SCEA have made the decision to keep this in the PS4 version. It took some pestering when Kolbe was designer to get this feature incorporated and it's been there for the past 3 or 4 iterations.

Does anyone know if this will still be in the PS4 version of MLB14 along with the ability to play these games as cpu v cpu?

I know Ramone said the PS4 version would be feature complete but I do worry, especially when I'm paying loads to import the game, that this staple feature may be removed. I ask the same question each year so hopefully somebody that's seen the game can maybe confirm please?

I'm sure 30 team control is in for the PS4. I wouldn't worry

I certainly hope so...I've every confidence in the SCEA guys and hope it's not removed....glad to see Knight liking it so that fills me with more confidence too.

Just can't figure why 2K did it so obviously it's a concern for other games for the likes of us that like to pick and choose any game and not be restricted to just our chosen team's matchups.

The is a big one for me as well! NBA 2k14 just isn't as appealing without this.

Totally agree...I've not bothered playing the PS4 version because of this. They just took the depth and immersion out of it for me. Hopefully it's back in next year....but SOOOOO glad we've still got it in MLB14....:-)
