Anybody else just waiting for May/The Show 14 to purchase a PS4?

Hey people,
Am I the only one around here who is waiting to get a PS 4 until The Show 14 is release or is close to its release in may?

I actually bought one in December simply because I knew that by the time MLB '14 came out, trying to find a PS4 would be extremely hard. They may be back in stock on a regular basis by May but I didn't want to take that chance. Also, Infamous comes out in March so I can play that for a while.

Have been holding off til the Show arrives to get one, but Im pretty much in the position to buy now if I see one at the store.

I went ahead and got one with a few games when I had the money just so I could be sure I wouldn't have any problems getting one when the the Show came out. That was my main concern

What is with these 'Is Anybody Else' threads? Are you guys looking for confirmation that what you are choosing to do is okay or something lol? And no I had a PS4 on release. Don't even want to bother tracking one down.

All I know after playing BF4, NBA2K14 and Tomb Raider on my PS4 for the last while and the detail that is there and then I went looking back at the faces on the Show 13 and I thought like wow I won't be going back to the PS3 for my gaming. I am not knocking the PS3 but the games look amazing on the NG. I know the Show will be a shinning star for sure, JMHO.

I was going to wait till May. The problem is though in my area its first come first serve on PS4. I couldn't find one at all in stores. So I bought the last $400 one on Amazon. It was heck just finding that! I am glad I bought it now too. The controller feels way different as well. Its nice though was a good decision ha.
Also I always Pre-order the show when it comes out. So I will get it as soon as I can!

I own a PS4, but rarely play it. The games out now are barely an upgrade from current gen. I bought PS4 for The Show. May is far away

I beg to differ on the "barely an upgrade from the current gen" statement , then you should have been happy with your old gen for the new installment of the Show and not wasted your money on a PS4.

I'm waiting to buy mine until The Show and also hoping they might release a 2nd generation system by then
