Its the player models they use. The only part that is different is the heads of the players. Until they go with individual body types we won't see arm tattoos.

Go ahead and not buy the game because it isn't advanced enough to your irrational expectations and get everyone else on your side and hurt the overall sales. Then watch as your only baseball option becomes RBI. There is a reason no one else is developing a baseball sim this year. The Show is never getting a giant development budget, no matter how much you may believe that holding out would somehow make Sony invest more money into it.
