I like the player portraits, but I think it's more meant for the casual players. Hardcore MLB fans, like myself, already know what all the players look like. Which makes the franchise mode cyber face work-around a really awesome thing to see.

I'm not a hardcore fan but I would much rather everyone have a cyber face because I think it looks better.
