Not throttling (comcast may be they are *******s). I think the servers just cant handle it at times. Should get better wonce they get newer servers a stuff from having to pay to play online now.

I can't even order it now on PSN (was waiting to decide if I wanted to go out to wal-mart to get a copy in an hour or just start the DL now. I suppose at this rate, if the thing won't let me buy it in an hour, off I go.
