Random Weather

Hey guys I just started a franchise and noticed that every time I start a game I get to choose to weather. I don't like this feature because I like random weather. Any way to turn random weather on? I feel I must have missed something. Thanks.

You didn't miss anything, but the weather won't always be the same when you hit that select screen. That's how it's randomized. Think of that option as just being a manual override to the automatic choice.
