UI pitch selection removal

So I removed pitch selection buttons like I do every year...but now nowhere can I find what a pitchers pitches are coord with the buttons. I thought in years past there was a temporary bring up pitch types button?! also with turning this off I cant find my current pitchers energy in the menu either...damn it! Any help?

When you hit the touch pad, it shows the pitchers pitches in order 1 to 5 (or less). It's X, circle, triangle, square, then r1.

Plus I rememberd when I warm up pitchers it displays the pitch at the catcher glove after it hits. then I can just remember them. I think I found the energy too, You can see it after a mound visit.
