Quick Count: Anyone using it?

I think its the best thing to come out on a baseball game in awhile. Games go faster and the pitchers pitch count is accurate now. I can see my self playing a full season now

I tried playing a diamond dynasty but you can't use quick counts. Now I can't at anything without it!

I didn't care for it at first but now I love it. Really speeds things up. My only complaint is if I come up with two strikes in a situation I would normally sac bunt or bunt in general. Even with that though it's a great feature. That and player lock mean I won't have to fully simulate a full game at all.

Check the impressions thread. Lots of positive feedback on this feature

No, because the 2 games I tried it there was NEVER a 0-0 count situation. Not very realistic, as guys get hits and make outs on 0-0 counts sometimes too, ya know.

Re: Quick Count: Anyone using it?

I don't plan on using it. I have a good eye for the most part & work the count well. The CPU averages 13-18 pitches per inning against me. I shoot for 15 being the minimum so 5 pitches per batter. With quick counts I feel like I'd be losing a big part of my game.

tried it once will never ever use it again. I can understand why some might use it though I hate it

I was most times on 1-1 or 0-2 count and I must have strikeout 80% of the time because I kept forgetting the count was high. to me that's to arcade like it's not baseball I need to live the real AB
