Offseason question
Simmed my first season in offline franchise mode. Got to the offseason and resigned some people, let some people walk, but it never gives me an option to sign free agents. I got there through the "manage contracts" deal, but it says i cant afford anybody else...but it shows i have $13 mil in available funds. Can anybody helps me out with this?
