I noticed it was hard to complete at first, but once I got my Fielding up, I was able to complete them.

My fielding is still pretty low so that is probably it. I always concentrate on getting my Contact (and hitting stats in general) up with a new player first. I also won't use any of my stubs to buy training points. Once I get my contact to 70 (it is getting expensive even in the high 60's) I plan to spread the points around a little more evenly
