I don't use auto sliding, that could be a reason.

I don't use auto slide, but yet have that problem. I wish there was a way to turn off the slide feature, it appears all the options you have are "on" and "assisted"

I've had this problem every time I hit and run as well. I got doubled up once because of it.

I was just trying to give a tip to help. I havent actually had that problem myself with hit and runs. My sliding option is set to "assist" and this is what happens when I hit and run. Just smooth running around 2nd base.

I haven't had this issue either. I use timing hitting, so I'm not touching the RS as I hit. Are those of you that are experiencing this using Analog hitting?

I use analog plus batting and the hit and run slide happens every time. It's to the point where I don't even steal on a full count with two outs anymore.

Have you tried turning sliding to Auto, instead of Assist? Not sure if it'll make a difference, but it's all I can think of if analog hitting is really the cause of it.

I'll try the auto sliding option, but I feel that will conflict with actually trying to steal the base. I always seem to get thrown out stealing unless I manually slide headfirst towards center field away from the tag.
