When did Power arrive for RTTS player?

When playing RTTS as a position player, when did your power begin to arrive? I am currently on July 2, 2014 and am in AAA. In AA over 100 at bats I hit 2 home runs and had 20 some RBI, and the same with AAA. I have been upping my power attribute and currently have it at almost 60 for Righties & 50 for lefties. I understand you shouldn't go out raking right away, but just wondering at about what attribute level I can expect to start hitting home runs a little more consistently? It seems like there a ton of my hits that die on the warning track and fail to go over.

I have a 1B with the Cubs. I played 36 games in AA and only had 5 HR and 28 RBI's. You have to have contact, Vision, and Clutch too. I bat Left, so my Contact and Power are higher vs RH. But I noticed from testing other players I made, you have to build up your Vision also. Another minor note, watch the wind direction, try aiming your shots. Swing a little earlier, or later. Things like that.

Im 45 power in AA ball and just started the first month and hit 3 so far. I find it a lot easier to hit home runs this year. I use to use points to start as a power hitter but found this year there's no need. Generally I say after 60-65 will give you decent power against minor league pitchers and 70-75 for MLB..anything higher is elite

I've got over 60+ hits in 120+ at bats with the Cubs and I've hit 21 homeruns.


My contact, and power are both in the low 70's.

In AA my power started to show up at 40 or 43. I havent played much since I got it there, but i think I hit like 6 HRs in june and before that I only had 2

The contact is there, as I have built my vision up into the 70's. I also had a BA of .324 in AA and am around .300 in AAA so it's not like im not getting hits. I am getting on base and collecting my RBI's(37 RBI in 50 games), but its just I'd like to hit them over the wall lol.

My power vs. LHP and RHP is 83 each. My contact for both is somewhere in the 70s. My Clutch is 90. My vision is around 80.

And I only hit 14 HR last year. lol. So far I have 1 HR this season in about 16 games.

My 3B is 245 lbs. 6 foot.

C v R - 70
C v L - 70
P v R - 83
P v L - 83
Vision - 85
Clutch - 90

14 HR last year, and 1 HR so far this year....and I just broke my hand...ugh.

I didn't do so well in the Showcase due to being new at the game but my Power has been there pretty much from Day One of Double A. My second AB and first hit of my RTTS career was a Home Run. I got a second no doubter in that same game. I went on to collect about 5 HRs over the next several games. I got called up to Triple A in June and by then I was on a 12 game hit streak with 16HR. Now in Triple A with 6 game played I have a .481 AVG in 27AB 13H 2HR and 10RBI. My player has a C Potential now with an overall of 75. I have gotten my Contact up to 60 for both RHP and LHP. Also my Power is at 70 for both. My Vision, Discipline, and Clutch are all at 65.

I just started a new RTTS yesterday, in AA I only got 1 homer in the first half of the season, then I got called up to the MLB. I've got 9 homers now, but usually have came off of times where I've tried for a homer, nearly all my balls seem to go to the warning track and get caught

What difficulty are you on? Because if that were me I'd be turning it up a setting or two

I have it up to Veteran at the moment. I tried using dynamic but I could never get it off Rookie++. I wanted something that would stay consistent but still be challenging for me. Also I use TNK's realism slider's as well and that really helped shape the game for me. Once I have played it a bit longer I may bump up the difficulty but for now where it is at does well for me without me blowing out the other team. Also this si my first MLB The Show game ever and my first baseball game since Triple Play 2000 on PS1 hence my taking my time to get into it.

For me the Home Runs seem to come in bunches and then a slow down and then it picks up again.
