Re: Proudest Achievement

Just yesterday i threw a no hitter with Zack Wheeler on opening day.

9.0 IP, 0H, 0R, 1BB, 19Ks, and he faced the minimum.

After his last season where he went 18-0, and pitched a perfect game in simulation I shouldn't have been surprised that he was the one that I pulled it off with.

Re: Proudest Achievement

I have been trying so hard to get the grandslam trophy since ps4 version launch, but not by slider boosts(legit). After many blown chances during the first week it was out, i kinda quit trying during my Indians franchise. So i fire up my Rtts , and wouldnt u know without even thinking about it, BAAM on my second AB grandsalami trophy popped. Wow, i guess i was to focused on getting it early on. Call it luck but ill take it

Re: Proudest Achievement

Mine was when I threw a perfect game that lasted 15 innings in MLB 13. I had Madison Bumgarner throwing and I just could not get him a run. It was the opening series against the Dodgers in LA, which made it all the sweeter.

Proudest Achievement

I think it would have to be a back-to-back-to-back-to-back homeruns (yep 4 in a row) in MLB 12 I believe. That game was crazy, I don't have patience so I was like ok don't hit any first pitch unless I feel it's a good one. Sure enuf that game i got 4 straight homeruns (patience does pay off) plus 5 or so walks (i'd be lucky to get 1-2 usually) pretty crazy lol.

What sucks was that I didn't get any trophy for the b2b2b2b homeruns lol.

Re: Proudest Achievement

Finally have something to add. I just went back-to-back-to-back with Dozier, Mauer, and Plouffe off Zach McAllister at the Jake. Can't remember the last time I did that in a baseball game...and I was satisfied with just plain b2b homers, lol.

Re: Proudest Achievement

Mine isn't as nice as others since I only bat now. However this year I was having a super bad game and was down 6-1 going into the 8th. Scored 3 times in the 8th and then in the 9th I hit a walk off 3 run homer with Rizzo.

Scared the living daylights out of my wife when I jumped off the couch and did a fist pump.

Re: Proudest Achievement

I have played The Show since 2008, and last year I threw my first perfect game with my RTTS guy in AA. Then I threw another one with Sabathia like 2 weeks later. Weird. Also, down 3 to 2 in a series against the Red Sox in the ALCS in The Show 12 I was up 2 to 1 in the top of the 9th with 1 man on base, and I robbed a homer with Gardner in left field and then got the last out on a strikeout. Came back to win the series and go on to win the world series.
