Proudest Achievement

Hey guys, I thought it could be cool to share some of our proudest achievements. One of the greatest things about baseball is how different the game is played by so many. Some people love small ball, others love the home run. Some favor great catches, others favor clutch hits. So I thought it could be cool to share some favorite personal moments within the game. It could be a home run robbery, a 3 home run game, anything that you are most proud of.

Mine just happened in a game I just finished. I try and make the starting pitcher throw as many pitches as possible, my goal every game is to get to the bullpen by the 6th inning. A lot of the times that means deep counts and a few walks. Well I just played a 9 inning game where I had 11 total walks and forced the Yankees to throw 216 pitches. That is by far my proudest achievement in any baseball game.

In MLB 12 The Show, I was down 3 games to none in the World Series as the Phillies against the Rangers and came back to win 4 games straight and the World Series! I thought I was done for.

Nice one. Was just thinking how many trophies could be won simultaneously...

In the top of the 10th, you concede 4 runs.

In the bottom of the 10th, you load the bases and hit a grand slam to tie it, before hitting a solo shot with the very next batter to win on a 10 pitch at-bat. In doing that, you would get at least five simultaneous trophies!

- Walk Off
- Grand Salami
- Back To Back
- Patience Is A Virtue
- Extras Win!

Additionally trophies that could be won on the same play...

- Chris "Crush" Davis (or various other player trophies)
- Fence Posts
- Getting A Piece

In theory, if all of those stars aligned, a player could earn eight trophies on one single play!

For this year, it's a close toss-up between my first around-the-horn Triple Play in YEARS (like maybe back to '06 or '07), and my first RTTS diving catch EVER. Both are recorded in the Pictures/Videos thread.

Last week I threw the first no hitter of my Show career, it was a lot of fun. Thanks king Felix for being so awesome

The sad part was I learned you cannot achieve most of the trophies if you use quick counts.

Total bummer, as quick counts is an amazing addition to the game and makes franchise mode so much better. I wish the trophies would still be achievable though

taking verlander for 7 runs on 3 homers by the end of the 2nd inning....then being k'd 14 times from bullpen sliders

i did throw a no no with peavy, lost the perfect game because of quick count 3-1 and walking guys (one was some bs the ump robbed me on too!)

My first no-hitter in ANY baseball video game ever!! Was so psyched did it game 2 of the regular season against the orioles with Jake Peavy of my red sox.

Pitching successfully on Legend. Decided to crank up the difficulty a few days ago and I haven't looked back since. The moment where I beat the Sox 4-3 with the Astros led by Scott Feldman, I knew I had made it.

Throwing a perfect game with an rtts pitcher. I got more psyched as the game progressed. I have never thrown a perfect game or no hitter in any MLB: The Show games so I was pumped. Funny thing is I was in a hotel room. Hopefully, I'll get to stay in that room again. Lol
