Multiple User Setup

Could someone please tell me how to setup multiple profiles (1 for user controlled teams and 1 for all comp teams) at the beginning of a franchise?? I read somewhere to use the right joystick but this just toggles between experienced/beginner. Is this truly changing profiles?

If my team I want to control says beginner and all others say experienced is this really setting up 2 different profiles, 1 for my team and 1 for all others? Anyones help with this would be much appreciated! I am ready to get my chise a rocking!! Thanks
