Eye/face paint not showing up

Everything else updates when I edit my player, except for eye paint.

I used to have smudge, but went and changed it to warrior one day... and nothing showed up. So I tried going back to smudge, and again nothing showed up.
I am able to edit everything else though from clothes to accessories...

Weird?

It's day-to-day. I experienced the same thing in RTTS. He'll have it one day, and then sometimes he won't the next. I think it's just their attempt to add realism because most players don't wear it every single day.

It's only gonna be on your players face in a sunny day game.

So any games that start at 7, your player won't have eye black on.

Np, there should be an option to have it on all the time though, a guy like Troy Tulowitzki always has eye black on regardless of game time.
