Broken Guess Pitch?

I play with zone hitting with the reticle visible. When I use guess pitch (usually on 2-0 or 3-1 counts) and I guess a high fastball, and it starts flashing, the reticle gets stuck in a very high position. Usually it's too high and results in a ground ball, but it won't move despite me moving the stick around. This doesn't happen to me on any other guess pitch location...is this some kind of bug? Does anybody else have this issue?

That's how guess pitch works and it's one reason why I don't use it. If you guess both location and pitch type correctly, your PCI is locked in one spot and it isn't always the best spot.
