I have those exact settings except that the name of the CPU profile that has everything on auto is "Experienced". Derived from the beginner/experienced default profile settings. Perhaps this "experienced" A.I. knows what kind of trades to make and doesn't initiate insulting offers...hahaha. However, their waiver wire pickups... leave much to be desired.

I don't have a complete absence of trades, but I do see far less than I saw in my MLB13 franchises so far.

I don't use 30-team control, though.

Interesting and weird. Maybe setting trades to Manual, simming a day, then resetting it to Auto will fix it? It sounds like it just didn't get turned "on" so to speak.

I've never heard this happening before though. Hopefully you can get it worked out.

I've figured it out. Even though CPU roster control was off, I think I set CPU trading to off when I first started my franchise. Sucks that I can't go back and fix it. Looks like I'll make trades based on what goes on in real life. Or at least as I may see fit based on the trading block and fairness of the trade.
