Red Sox Franchise Tips

I'm Starting a Red Sox franchise. I want some tips on what/who they need. and who do they need to get rid of. I'm not a Sox fan so I don't focus on them much. Anyone with advice?

If you have up to date rosters then you're going to need starting pitching for sure. Probably more bullpen help and a 3B if you give up on Middlebrooks.

a #1 and #2 pitcher, a solid lefty for the pen, and someone who can hit @ CF

youll also want to start looking for a future 1B and a new closer (koji drops down like 15 ovr after 1 year)

I'm aware this may be tantamount to blasphemy within the Nation, but I'd be awful tempted to see what kind of prospects I could get for Big Papi. As Bama fan though, I'd hold on to Peavy for sentimental reasons. I would probably also keep Lester too.
