The absolute worst feeling in this game is chasing a ball out of the zone on a 3-2 count. I hang my head and it hurts my heart every single time I do.

The typical culprits are:
- Fastball up in the zone
- Slider that breaks away
- Changeup that falls out of the zone

going stir crazy to play the show for over year when my ps3 died. then to finally getting to play some mlb 14 on the ps4 only to get bored with it within the first month.

Last night waiting on my cousins game to do the Amatuer draft in franchise at 10:30 pm. And it went to the 18th inning. Draft tn folks !!

What are your depressing moments in the game?

-Stanton popping up a mistake pitch and then ending up striking out.

-Striking out after a long at-bat. Just feels like it was a waste of time, even though I know I damaged the pitch count.

-Fly balls dying on the warning track from 80+ power hitters while guys like Hechavarria have 12 HR in a season (38 power).

-Jose Fernandez with his 99 H/9 giving up 10 hits in 6 innings

-Whenever one of the following is at the plate with runners on and two outs: Rob Brantley, Marcel Ozuna, this year's Hechavarria (now he's hitting like crap), any pitcher (the worst, damn NL baseball LOL).

-Giving up a hard line drive down the line to the CPU pitcher on a pitch down and away. Nothing like a 0 Contact hitter getting solid contact on a pitch down and away, out of the zone, and driving it past your RF.......curse you HoF Classic Pitching.

-Hitters catching up to 95+ high heat after being fed a diet of off-speed and being LATE on it. How? How is that possible that you're late on a 71 MPH curve away but catch up to a 97 MPH RFB up and in??

Realizing that since release, I’ve started and re-started 20+ different franchises never getting past the month of April (I like to play all games). Whether it’s a severe case of slideritis or a new cool roster I want to check or the combination of a new roster plus endless slideritis for that specific roster or some other ridiculous distraction that triggers my ADD. I play lots of games, just never get anywhere!!

What are your depressing moments in the game?

Chasing high fastballs or curveballs that look like they're going to end up in the zone and end up in the dirt.

When my starter is having a phenomenal start, going deep into a game and one mistake puts the ball over the fence.

aside from losing a perfect game to a 2 out 2 strike HR in the 9th......

when i try to not swing by taking my thumb off the r-stick but its so sensitive it swings anyways and i strike out...

and the overall fact that ive walked maybe 5 times in a few hundred RTTS games....this is the worse i need quick counts in RTTS

@gcoons thats about the same with me...ive never gotten more than 15 played games into a franchise rofl...and there are many i barely got 1 game in

I finished a full, quick count season awhile back and finished a game back of the 2 wild cards and missed the post season. So many games played and a game away from the playoffs left me feeling the season was incomplete.

Also, not having a fully functioning SOTS on ps4 doesn't feel right either.

Well, it used to be me not playing franchises out, since I like to play every game. Well now I'm in June in my Mariners franchise and I'm still loving it.

Going into the 9th ahead by 5 and losing by 3. Luckily my Braves team has become hot and I have gone from 1 game over .500 to not being in 1st place at 42-30.
