If you are currently using 30 Team Control you can hire a real manager/coach.

The Cubs currently have John Mallee and their hitting coach in real life. He is with the Astros on the Show. Just fire him and pick him up. You also have Phil Plantier, Bo McLaughlin, Greg Colbrunn, Ron Washington, The entire Minnesota Twins Staff are currently unemployed and using 30 TC you can hire and fire tem to solve your Rod Smart problem. Excuse me? Rod Smart problem?!?! Rob Smart is the man. First Cub manager to take them to the promised land in over 100 years...he probably gets into the Hall of Fame just for that

I wish there was some manager traits that could be developed that affect in-game, in-season decision making right now there is hardly any effect that managers even have on the game aside from cosmetic.

How would you quantify that? Some dont believe the manager makes much of a difference other than personal switches etc, unless youre a terrible manager and dont know the basics of baseball strategy.
