Since we're discussing Free Agency, there was a question I'd tried asking in a previous thread but it went unanswered. In the PS2 version of MLB 09 The Show, the amount of money the player wanted was based on attributes. If you lowered the players attributes, the amount the player wanted would decrease. Is this still the case in the current game?

Does anyone know a link of the team budgets for MLB 14. I want to use a small market team.
