Does MLB 14 use actual hitters tendencies?

Was just wanting some clarity on this. Does MLB 14 use actual player tendencies and scouting in the game? Such as if a certain player can't hit the curve ball, he will be gotten out more with curve balls than fast balls.

I don't think AI uses any pitch specific tendency for individual players.
