I know that old copys like 12 and 13 are no longer live but if we uninstall and reinstall the game data utility will all the patches still be active or would old glitches resurface again?

A mod can close this if answered correctly. Just wondering.

The patches should still be in the Playstation system. I have re installed older games and they patched afterwards.
