How will this years game handle wrigley? No bleachers until May and then they will look totally different then last year

Full renovations (however the SCEA team designed them - we haven't seen screens yet) are going to be in from the start. There is absolutely no way they'd make 2 seperate stadiums for Wrigley with different graphics just to reflect the fact that the bleachers will be done late.
