ok,, and this is a good way to prevent stupid trades to happen???
Do I have to manage every single team now that i control them?
Teams wont call up players, edit lineups, trade without me?

Yeah, it helps "block" trades you do not like, or feel are stupid.

No, you do not have do all that for every team. There are separate settings for each aspect of the team management tasks. 30-team control gives you the power to veto CPU teams trades.

If you have never played the game before, why are you worrying about comparisons to past versions? For you this should be a completely fresh experience, and your only point of comparison should be between The Show and 2K.
