I was told by a developer that the online franchise is still there. There are no changes to it from last year MLB 14 however. You should get the 2015 Schedule but expect it to be like it was on 14 where the days do not match up to the actual real life 2015 MLB schedule.

was able to complete 2 games last night without issue and gameplay was smooth, just wish the game played that well all the time online.
