Where is it? All I see is video of some dumb fighting game. IGN even tweeted the same link.

it isn't working for me either. I can see it on the IGN front page, but can't adjust the resolution or size which is frustrating..

You have to scroll down and look for the red links that say

desktop computer
Iphone
Android
PS4 App
etc...........

click on whichever you are viewing it from and it'll take you directly to it.
