I have to agree with you. Retractable roofs would be cool but I would rather see any gameplay or lighting or franchise mode improvements way before a closed stadium and I play with the Blue Jays!

Its always about personal preference and a lot of people on OS want these closed stadiums, but who knows what the other thousands of The Show players want. I think the DEV team does a good job balancing a bit of everything when it comes to improvements, may not get everything YOU want but they seem to try to please everyone.

Man it can't be the 31st soon enough.

Sure, every team has a stadium, but it's no where near accurate to how the stadium with retractable roofs look basically 80% of the time in real life.

Not really accurate. Milwaukee, Seattle and Toronto don't even have their roof closed more than 50% of the time (if we use geisterhomes' article), so the majority of the time they are OPEN. So that leaves with Houston (my home stadium btw), Miami and Arizona.

That said, it brings us around full circle... Until you, or some other retractable roof petitioners take Mr. Cutliff's place at SDS, and readjust the MLBTS project plan, you (we) have to accept their design decision on the subject. Or get some past gen hardware and games if you want to play in a closed dome stadium.

It's not that big of a deal for me to continue to post about it, but feel free... just avoid becoming blue in th face lol.

Maybe the atmosphere changes depending on whether the roof is open or closed.

Surely it allows more rain to get in when it's open.
