How many games do you play per season in Franchise?

I play one game a week and one important or fun series per month. I also play most of September whether i'm in a playoff race or not. I enjoy seeing my full 40 man roster in action.

I play every game and every pitch. I usually only play 1 season though. I'm the type that likes to replicate real life so I don't go multiple seasons in. Which is exactly why I won't be using YTY Saves with my Franchise

I've always picked one rookie or mediocre starter, played all his games and simmed the rest...

That's the only way I have time to make it though a few seasons...

I also like the fact that the starter I base this around's stats are "my stats", while the rest are a combination of played and simmed games...

I play 1, then sim 5 games so the next game I play will be with the next starting pitcher in my rotation. This allows me to get a good feel of all my players, allows my in-game play to have an impact on the results of the season, all while being able to complete multiple season on my franchise. I've been following this formula for the last several years.

I don't see myself utilizing the carry-over save feature as I like to start my franchises with my teams current roster and ratings.

I start to play from Day 1 of the season, simulating the spring training.
Then, living in Italy, i play the day after the real match.
Usually, in the last 3 season i've played 100 match around.
Last year i've played until the end of season, then, with the Dodgers into the play off, i stopped the replica of the real match on the PS4 and i've not played all the playoffs

One game per series usually. I did one per week in MLB 13 and got through 4 seasons which was really enjoyable.

I usually play one spring training game and about 4-5 minors games per year as well to check out the roster.

30-team control, every game for every major league team. I randomly select one of the two teams, play as them through the top of the fifth, then change teams.

The past couple of years i've been trying to play every game but what happens is I get obsessed with trying to somewhat mirror real life. Last year i was playing and in June Albert Pujols already had like 30 home runs using dynamic difficulty. Matt Shoemakers and Garrett Richards ratings were horrible for most of the season. So SCEA releases updated ratings for everybody and I find myself resetting or trying to edit the updated players. Also as i move up to HOF level hitting to gets too frustrating and my closers start blowing saves and i get ticked off. I usually have to save in the 9th inning if i'm ahead by a run. Also I try to follow real life pitching matchups and then you get the rainouts in real life. This time i'm just going to play through and only worry about my team.
