Yeah, as soon as I get Willard to update his Atts & Equipment...he'll be available in the hybrid rosters. He looks great in game bro.

I just stumbled across something pretty cool to get service time exactly correct and even get career stats close to real life.

If you start a franchise using the ROSTER CONTROL ON trick for exporting players. Then start the season with the created player and simulate as many games as it would take for the player to accumulate the correct service time and/or career stats. Then go to roster control and export him. Boom he has the correct service time and stats (well close stats).

I just tested this and it worked. Kinda tedious but nice workaround.

i don't see him in the player vault. I was gonna try that workaround.
