How do I redeem the extras for purchasing the Anniversary edition? I must be missing something somewhere - didn't get any packs or stubs. I bought MLB15 digitally.

Question: I've bought the game on the US Store, but I'm going to play on my Hungarian account. Am I going to go the extras for the Hungarian account too? I quess not...
Other problem: I have played hundreds of games on MLB 14, but I have' received the advertised extra pack for it. Is this something that others are experiencing too?
I checked my universal profile and there is no info, however I've played the past 4 games.
