No doubt that uniforms get dirty. My RTTS guy was a lot dirtier then the picture a couple of post up. You said you only play the first inning and then jump back in and play again in the eighth. Of course you won't see dirty uniforms. Plus you have to slide a couple times for the uniform to get dirtier.

if you're simming through the game then I'm pretty certain that is why you're not seeing the dirt on the uniforms.

Play a full game and see if that doesn't change what you're seeing.
