Look guys. Ramone reads these threads. They know our opinions for about 3 months, since I discovered this. He even replied that the old system is not going to make it to the game. If they are thinking about patching it in, they would have already told us. Just get used to the new (bad) system.

How in gods name do you bunt now with pure analog?? Flicking up is a swing now so how do you go about bunting. I just had to swing with my pitcher! Ahhhh!!!

I have been using triangle. Not sure of another way

Hitting in MLB 15 is now like "Arcade mode". There is no "simulation" whatsoever in the new hitting mechanic.

SDS is making the purest suffer, so they can cater to the casuals... i suppose?

Triangle even with pure analog? Wow, they mucked up the works with hitting this year huh? Im slowly getting use to it(it took me FOREVER to convert to oure analog once it was introduced, I refuse to give up on it). One thing I will say, is that for some reason, its forcing me to be a little more selective with what I swing at.

The Show usually handles gameplay evolution masterfully - implementing new features while leaving the former in-tact.

It's highly disappointing to take a subpar mechanic from a now extinct franchise and replace the best baseball swing mechanic I have personally ever used.

Please give serious consideration to bringing Pure Analog back next season.

My 2 cents: the worst decision ever made by SCEA. "PURE ANALOG" is neither pure nor analog anymore. It's digital switching made with a stick flick. I might reconsider going back to button hitting, feels more natural then this mess 2k first introduced 5 years ago, and thought SCEA would never follow suit.
