Can't throw strikes with Matt Harvey?

Does anyone else absolutely suck with Harvey? This year and last, I not only have trouble throwing strikes (walked seven batters his last start), but I get crushed every time I pitch with him. Weird.

What pitching mechanic you using? i can't do anything with David Price always make him look like a low tier pitcher lol

I use the meter on all star difficulty.

I have also struggled with Harvey and I am pretty sure it is a timing issue. He takes a long time with his leg up so you have to wait longer than with most pitchers. Once I caught on to that I got better. It still takes me a few pitches after using somebody else though.
