Manage only Mode... Please Help

Could some please help direct me to the MOM setting in for the PS4? How do you select to just manage a game. I can't seem to find it this year. Last year it gave you the option when choosing to play the next game in franchise mode.

Just hit a game on the franchise schedule...
You will get the MANAGE GAME option.

You can only access MoM games from the Season or Franchise "Home->Calendar" screen. If you press "Home->Next Game" the game automatically puts you in a Human vs CPU game where you control the players.
