Where can I see the notes for new patches?

I feel like this is a stupid question, but I just can't find it. I know there have been a bunch of bug reports and how to submit those, but I wonder if there is a site where I can go look and see everything that changed for new patches.

There hasnt been any patches so there are no notes. They will be posted here or The Show Nation when there is one.

On the PS4 home screen, go to the Show, press the options button, then Update History.

You'll see a list of patches and what those patches did. The Show has the Day 1 patch and it says, "Various bug fixes."
