No Pre-Game Presentation?

Just saw this tonight in My franchise mode, I have the game set to broadcast so please do not tell me "oh it looks like your on fast play" because I am not. I booted a game up to play the A's and it jumps straight to the pitcher warmups, no introducing lineups, anything. Has anyone seen this and if so, has anyone reported it?

Are you sure you didn't tap the X button or any button by mistake? I've played about 10 games or so and have always had the pregame presentations with no issues at all. Has this happened to you more than once?

It has only happened to me before whenever I play The Show Live games, not on Franchise. And yes I am sure I did not, I restarted the game 3 times to try and see what the issue was, no fix. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that the game I am playing is today's game? Weird.

It has only happened to me before whenever I play The Show Live games, not on Franchise. And yes I am sure I did not, I restarted the game 3 times to try and see what the issue was, no fix. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that the game I am playing is today's game? Weird.

Yeah sounds weird. I don't play The Show Live so I can't really comment. I know in franchise mode I haven't had any issues at all.

It happened to me in one of my season games. Not really a big deal. There are much worse bugs involving gameplay freezes.

Completed the game in question (I won, not that you care), Loaded up the next game and no issues; presentation is back up. Weird, better not play the game of the current day (Better get well behind or well ahead )

I'm 41 games into my Braves franchise and I have seen this happen twice. The first time I restarted and it happened again. I finished the game and the next game the Pre-Game presentation was back. It happened again a few days later.

As long as it is not a recurring thing, it just throws off my rhythm somehow.

I, too, have noticed this. It happened twice in a row, games 2 and 3 of my franchise, and then it hasn't happened since.

Yeah its happened to me a couple times in both franchises Ive played. Thought I tapped X too but Ive made sure not to. Its a bit weird but certainly not gamebreaking in the least.

This is interesting. Last night, 10 games into my franchise with ATL, I'm playing in Toronto and no pre-game presentation. I thought the same things mentioned in this thread. Kind of three off my rhythm, never seen this before, and was hoping it wasn't a bug. From what you're saying, I'm glad to see pre-game presentation is back after a game or two.

This happened to me when I played show live as the home team. I selected another game on the schedule as the road team and had pre game. I tried to play as the home team again and it jumped right into the warm up.

I saw that earlier today, too! I went to take a leak while the game was loading up, expecting that the pre-game would allow me plenty of time. I come back downstairs and my second batter was already up to bat, first guy had gone down looking!

No big deal - just something to be aware of if you decide to take a pre-game piss.

Happened to me also in my Braves franchise, coincidentally against Toronto. One thing I noticed before the game, I was not able to set up my lineup. I clicked X on the game, and it went straight to the stadium select.

I agree, Definately not Game-Breaking, but it throws off your rhythm in getting ready for a tough Franchise game. Something I can live with for now if they fix it, shouldn't be too hard. Could somebody report in on theshownation bug report? I am not sure how to.
