Just started playing couple observations.

Ok so found a bit of quirk that did fix the opening day issue. I did not actually play a game to see if the first career home run bug was there but WITHOUT using 30 team control and only picking 1 team to control I just simmed the first game of the season and played the 2nd. The 2nd game had the NORMAL intro and there was no opening day anything.

So maybe it's an issue with 30 team control that screws it up which is kinda bothersome because I like being in control of all the teams haha. I did do another franchise WITH 30 team control and sure enough opening day sequence was there over a week into the season. So to me it seems 30 team control is what is messing it up.

I think it might be for new started franchises after the patch cuz i didnt have it until i started a new franchise.

My games will randomly have no pre grame at all. It goes straight into my pitcher warming up, or if I am on the road it will go straight to my hitter standing in the batters box. This game has a lot of little quirks, but nothing major to this point.

Anyone had issues with outfielders picking the ball up in slow motion after the ball's bounced off the wall?
