1st baseman standing in front of bag after bunt, not on it??

This has happened twice, both in DD, where an opposing player will bunt down the first base line, the pitcher will field it but the first baseman will be at bunt fielding depth, but when he goes back to 1st base he will be standing in front of 1st base, his foot is not on the bag when the ball is thrown to him, but to the side of the base path so the runner is called safe. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes that has happened numerous times in my DD but the odd thing is it has only happened to me one time but it happens to my opponents numerous times per game especially when my opponent tries to turn a double play the second baseman or shortstop will recieve the ball at second base but will be standing two feet off second, This is human vs human.

I've had this happen in franchise also. Lost a no hitter do to it.
