How do you change an incorrect audio name?

I just called up Alden Carrithers in my A's franchise, and the PA announcer calls him by some other name.

I know there's a way to fix this but don't exactly know how. Could someone point me in the right direction?

go to options,edit player,and scroll to last or first name,press x and scroll to name or name close to if you want to use it.
