It's hittable when using zone hitting. Time it well and you'll crush it.

Please get rid of the unhittable pitch

High and tight in the strike zone is effective - even in real life. It's a jam pitch unless you have a quick bat and can turn on it. Definitely not cheese, though. If I can't hit those, then yes, my opponent should spam me all day. Weakness exposed.

Do you play or have you ever played baseball beyond the console, excluding tee ball?

Using directional hitting and my RTTS player with only 34 PWR just hit a high and tight FB that I was looking for over the LF wall.

I faced Yordano Ventura last night and knew what was coming but still didn't have much success with these types of pitches. I must be doing something wrong because I feel like only me and the OP have this problem.

I think you may be missing the point of some of the posts that say they can hit it.

When up to bat, you should not be primarily reactionary at the plate, unless down in the count. Look/wait for a particular pitch and swing on it. If the high inside FB is a pitch you will be looking for (rare - since it's a difficult pitch to hit overall in on your hands), then set up for it, identify it, and try to get the bat around on it.

Yeah I can understand there's no excuse if you aren't moving your PCI but it wasn't clear, to me at least, that the OP was actually center swinging.

My PCI practically lives in that upper corner most of the game.
