Veteran level no shananagians

So we all know all star difficulty and above gives the cpu and user increased percentages of late game heroics. What are the findings on veteran difficulty?

Not that I believe in the all-star and above stuff (lets not turn this into a there is too....there is not....argument) I played on All Star and now back at veteran+ (i used dynamic and settled here for pitching and hitting), I don't see any unusual comebacks. I think one big thing that people fail to utilize is the mound visit. That can settle a pitcher down when in tight spots. I have gotten out of my share of jams after taking a trip to the mound. I have also lost my share of games late but its more because tossing a meatball to a power hitter or something, nothing unusual.

On All-Star, I got out of a bases-loaded no out jam with Shelby Miller by calling for a mound visit. The batter lined out to second. Then I got in front of the next two hitters and got them chasing.

im not being that guy. In many threads the discussion is that all star is default. so it would stand to reason that anything above has suggested bonuses and anything below the HUM player has the bonuses

I would say playing on All-Star and below will give you good results, and keep your controller in tact.

HOF and Legend, you'll need to accept the "weird" things that happen in baseball, and remember it's just a game.

Re: Veteran level no shananagians

i currently play on Veteran and i struggle hard core.. i am not the greatest player... my team batting average is about .250...

i have a very strong lineup but offense isn't responding lately... i think i may have messed with my teams chemistry one too many times... if i could go back and not make some of the moves that i have made i would.

i made most of my moves to increase my offense but it seems to be backfiring...
