I just wondered as I still thought it didn't but saw someone commenting on a slider thread about having to adjust the slider

It does. I had it at 5 and saw a lot of HR's and over the head triples and off the wall (to where the player would crash into the wall trying to get the ball and fall over causing IPHR's. Moved the wind down to 4 and all that was gone. There was still HR's but it wasnt nearly as easy or crazy looking. Wind was the only Slider I changed when I made the change.

Find your favorite iterations and play it forever. Card games are whats "now" and games will cater in that direction and forget realism. Just have fun and play :)
