Just had it happen again. 2 outs man on first 3-2 count runner took off on the pitch.

Auto fielding manual throwing. Ball hit deep in the hole between third and short. Brandon Crawford backhands it...jump throw.....to 1B way off the bag.

Who was up to bat? Just trying to eliminate as many variables as possible.

On a positive note: I was able to reproduce the issue with the dropped infield pop up.

But...I doubt it is the same issue (although similar result) as the hits deep to the SS.

That's interesting. I've played hundreds of games in manage mode on default sliders and I haven't seen it.
