I'm new to the 30 team control thing, so when draft come around can i draft for all 30 teams?

Yes you can. Just make sure you have the profile for the CPU teams set to MANUAL for Drafting.

How can i check?

Go to the tab where you manage your different profiles, select the profile you're using for the CPU teams, go to user settings (I believe that's what it's called) and that's where you set all of the things that you want to control (i.e. lineups, roster moves, trades, etc.)

thanks i found it. On draft day do i cycle thru teams and draft players?

This I'm not sure of. I've never drafted for all teams myself.
